Filibusted
U.S. Senate rules allow a senator to filibuster—to speak for an indefinite period of time on any subject whatsoever. Historically, this has been used to prevent action on the measure being debated. Filibusted keeps track of filibuster actions in the Senate. By Andrew Dupont.
