The Easy API

The Easy API provides an interface that assists programmers who are looking to use other APIs to obtain data. We accept a simple POST call and return well formed XML. The Easy API does all the work on the backend and returns the result regardless of how the remote API wants.

Created out of the need to consume data from NYC Data Mine, Data.gov and DataSF, which often contain datasets that are updated regularly but in proprietary formats.

Check out some of the government datasets that are known to be compatible with the Elev.at API.
